India started their Asia Cup 2023 campaign against Pakistan but after around 48 overs of play, the match was eventually called off due to rain. The weather in Kandy was been rainy for the last few days, and the match against Nepal could also be washed out.

Chasing 343 runs to win, they was able to score only 104 runs before being bowled out. The Rohit Paudel led side will now look to deliver a better performance against India. Some of their youngsters have been in decent form recently, but facing the Indian bowlers will be a huge task.
