Mini Snakes and Ladders Game Rules

The objective of this skill-based game is to move your tokens the farthest in fixed number of turns and score the most points to win.

Gameplay

the game is played between 2 players, the game is played on a board consisting of 36 cells numbered from 1 to 36. All tokens start in an open position. Each player get 2 tokens. Each player will get 10 move(s).

A player can move their token by rolling a standard six-sided dice, with any value of the dice and not necessarily six (6). The player can move their token by the same number of cells as shown on the dice. If a token lands on a cell with the bottom of a ladder, the token moves up to the top of the ladder. The player is awarded points equal to the number of cells moved up the ladder. If a token lands on a cell with the head of a snake, the token moves down to the tail of the snake. The player loses points equal to the number of cells moved down the snake.

By analyzing their opponent’s moves, the player can cut their opponent’s token by landing on the same cell as the opponent’s token. By strategizing their moves in this manner, the player has the ability to move the opponent’s token to the starting position, and the opponent loses all points accumulated by that token. The player who cut the opponent’s token gets an extra turn and is awarded 2 bonus points.

  1. A player has the ability to move any of their tokens on their turn, subject to the rules above and must do so within a limited period of time.
  2. A player gets an additional turn if they roll a dice value of 6. However, a player cannot have more than two consecutive turns in this way. An additional turn on 6 is applicable only when token movement corresponding to 6 are made. In case, a user is not able to make a valid move on getting a 6 additional turn will not be provided. Snake cut will be applicable if a user lands on a snake upon getting a 6 as well.
  3. A player is awarded 1 point for each cell moved by a token.
  4. A player is awarded an additional 18 points if one of their tokens reaches cell 36.

The players can see tokens of every player, roll of die and token moved by each opponent on each turn, number of turns remaining, sequence of movers and scores of every player

At the end of the game, the player with the highest score is ranked 1, and the rankings of the players are determined based on their scores.

The aggregate contributions by all players will constitute the Prize Money Pool. The amount in the Prize Money Pool is credited to the wallet of the winning player(s) after deducting the Platform Fee (when applicable) charged by WinZO for providing players access to the game.

Each player will get 10 seconds to make a move.

Please note that stable internet connection is required to play the game. Also, if a player voluntarily quits the game or faces internet disconnection, the game continues with the opponent player until the player loses the three turns and then the winner is declared.

Fair play: Players must play the game fairly, impartially, and as per its rules, without employing unfair means, cheating, or collusion

Rejoining the game after dropping out is not allowed. In case player drops out of the game due to any circumstances, he/she will lose the game.

If the player misses 3 turns then the game ends and opponent is declared as winner

Commission Fee: WinZO may charge a commission upto 15% commission on contests on WinZO. Actual applicable winnings post deduction of commission are shown on the entry screen to you.

If both the players make equal score then contest is a tie and both the players get a credit equal to (Entry amount – rake)
