About the Role: As a part of the Engineering team at WinZO, you will be responsible for managing systems and infrastructure running at scale serving millions of users globally giving them a smooth gaming experience. ● Undertake end-to-end development of product from inception to execution

● Design distributed systems and their components that can be used across WinZO for building services to handle the scale 

● Responsible for owning and reviewing system architecture

● Continue to build technology that enables users to play games in limited connectivity across all device configurations

● Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to maintain a high bar for quality in a fast-paced

● Experiment with emerging technologies and drive the adoption of the same

● Complete end to end ownership of the infrastructure and services

● Work towards building a high performing team ensuring standards are maintained at every level

● Drive the tech roadmap for your respective team

We are looking for people with a entrepreneurial mindset and a passion for solving complex technical challenges at scale.

● Hands on with at least one of the programming languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Go, and Python

● Capacity to effective communicate and propose solutions for complex technical challenges

● Excellent people management skills with an ability to drive the overall growth of the product and team

● Comfortable to work in a highly agile software development environment

● Experience working with a relational database or MongoDB

● Good to have knowledge of Redis/Kafka/dynamoDB
