About the Role
The candidate should be creative with a passion for social media and digital content. What You Will Do
- Understand Our Audience: Dive deep into the lives of our users, understand their pain points, and create relatable, share-worthy content ideas.
- Develop Digital Campaigns: Produce content ideas for a variety of digital campaigns including Facebook ads, Google ads, banners, push notifications, and social media content.
- Conceptualize Independently and Collaboratively: Generate ideas for digital campaigns independently or as part of a team.
- Experiment with Content Formats: Innovate with different content formats such as reels, memes, stories, and posts on social media to stay ahead of trends.
- Create Copy for Influencer Integration: Develop compelling copy for product integration with influencers across various channels.
- Manage Social Media Calendars: Develop and manage social media content calendars, ensuring timely and consistent posts across all platforms.
- Analyze Performance: Use analytics tools to track and analyze social media performance, refine strategies based on data insights, and increase engagement and reach.
- Engage with Our Community: Foster a strong online community by managing interactions across social handles.
- Identify Collaboration Opportunities: Pursue collaborations with creators and influencers to expand our reach and impact.
What You Should Have
We are seeking individuals with a hustler mindset, curiosity, and a passion for innovation. Key qualifications include:
- Proven Experience: Strong experience as a Copywriter, Social Media Manager, or in a similar role.
- A strong portfolio of published work demonstrating creativity and impact.
- Research Skills: Ability to conduct thorough research using multiple sources.
- Digital Savvy: Familiarity with web publications, social media trends, and digital advertising.
- Exceptional Writing Skills: Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
- Content Management Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress).
- Resilience: Ability to accept and act on constructive feedback.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics tools.
- Creative Thinking: A creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including marketing, comms, ops, and senior leadership.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with design and video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere, AfterEffects, Photoshop) is a plus.
