About the Role: 

At WinZO, we believe in the transformative power of design. We're not just about creating; we're about passion, drive, and the exhilaration of crafting something extraordinary. We are in search of a highly skilled 3D and Animation Designer to join our dynamic team. As a member, you will be instrumental in conceptualizing, designing, and animating captivating 3D assets for a wide range of projects. 

What you will do- 

● Collaborate with the creative team to develop concepts and storyboards for 3D animations and visualizations, translating ideas into compelling visual narratives 

● Create high-quality 3D models and textures that accurately represent objects, characters, and environments, optimizing models for efficient rendering and animation 

● Bring 3D models to life through fluid and expressive animation, rigging characters and objects to provide realistic movement and interactions 

● Utilize industry-leading software such as Blender to execute 3D design and animation tasks

● Maintain organized files and documentation to facilitate efficient project management and collaboration, ensuring all assets are properly labeled, versioned, and archived for future reference

● Conduct thorough reviews of 3D models and animations to ensure they meet design standards, addressing feedback and making revisions as necessary 

● Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources efficiently to ensure timely completion of projects without compromising quality 

What you should have: 

● Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Animation, Graphic Design, or related field(Design School Preferred)

● 2+ years of proven experience in 3D design and animation 

● Expertise in industry-standard software such as Blender. Knowledge of Maya is a plus

● Strong understanding of design principles, composition, and visual storytelling 

● Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment 

● Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment

● Passion for creativity, innovation, and pushing the boundaries of 3D design and animation
