About the Role
This is a high-ownership role to define and build the Bharat-facing consumer brand of WinZO. As a Brand Manager : B2C, you will drive our brand strategy across mass campaigns, content, influencers, and narratives. 
From creating relatable storytelling that resonates across India to launching trust-building campaigns in Tier 2 - 5 cities, you will be at the helm of India’s next cultural entertainment brand.

What you will do
  • Lead the creation of WinZO’s consumer brand architecture: personality, positioning, voice, and visual tone; also maintain consistent brand narratives across various user touchpoints
  • Design and execute large-scale ATL/BTL campaigns across digital, TV, radio, and OOH
  • Build brand equity through emotional storytelling and strategic use of ambassadors like MS Dhoni, and digital ambassadors like Carryminati
  • Partner with agencies, creators, and influencers to drive regional virality in vernacular content
  • Prepare a roadmap for the Brand for the year by tapping into the impact opportunities like IPL, high-impact TV / OTT shows, etc with owning the end-to-end Budget Management driven by data-backed decision making
  • Launch brand-first initiatives to tackle perception barriers around gaming, rewards, and safety
  • Monitor brand health metrics such as trust, top-of-mind recall, and user affinity
  • Collaborate with product, performance, regional, and creative teams for consistent user experience

What you should have
  • 2+ years of experience in B2C brand marketing, ideally in gaming, FMCG, OTT, or youth-focused digital-first brands
  • Deep understanding of Tier 2:5 Bharat : language, culture, aspirations, and digital habits
  • Ability to zoom out of the Tier 2 - 5 audience and also build a brand for a young, Gen Z, urban target persona
  • Proven experience in end-to-end campaign management with strong creative instincts
  • Ability to translate insights into narratives that drive emotional connection and trust
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution across functions
  • Exposure to working with celebrity partnerships or ambassador-led campaigns is a plus
