About the Role:
As a part of the Data Analytics team at WinZO, you will be working in a fast-paced environment which will require you to take initiatives with complete ownership, manage multiple projects, and drive execution with stakeholders.
What you will do:
● Lead and mentor the Data Analytics team, fostering a culture of curiosity, innovation, and data-driven decision making.
● Work closely with founders and senior management on key strategic initiatives, providing data-backed insights on user behavior, trends, and growth levers.
● Engage in deep dive analysis to understand business performance and provide concise summaries and recommendations to management.
● Identify new business opportunities to increase growth performance and profitability and define new processes/optimize existing processes.
● Build business algorithms based on observing trends within the data
● Working parallel with the founders and the management on various projects to give meaningful insight of various trends/understand user behavior patterns etc.
● Conduct A/B experiments, identify and tweak growth levers and measure impact statistically.
● Own dashboarding and visual storytelling of the data and automating the processes.
What you should have:
We’re looking for people with a hustler mindset, who are curious, eager to learn new things, with a passion for innovation, and work to be a little better every single day. This is not solely based on whether a candidate has previously done similar work or not. We’re looking for someone dynamic with below qualities in generous quantities to perform well in this role –
● 10+ years of relevant work experience in data analytics, including leadership roles.
● Proven experience in managing and analyzing large volumes of data, generating actionable insights, and driving business growth.
● Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to mentor and guide a high-performing data team.
● Drive market leadership across business & product metrics on the back of strong Data Insights & Processes.
● One would get to work at the Green Room of a product which clocks hundreds of millions of micro transactions every month through its tens of millions of users and is growing at a mad speed!
● Expertise in Tableau, FB analytics, MySQL and Python
