Media reports suggest that his current net worth stands at approximately Rs 1,250 crores. Despite his retirement, he still manages to rake in crores of rupees annually, earning Rs 50 crores in 2022 from investments and endorsements.

Brand Endorsements 

Sachin’s endorsement journey started with Boost, but the first ever ad he did was for a band aid brand. From there, he delved into promoting health drinks, car tyres, sports shoes, and more.

In 1995, at the age of 22, Tendulkar inked a five-year deal brokered by Mascarenhas, reportedly valued between Rs 30 crores to Rs 50 crores, marking the largest agent deal in cricket’s history at the time.

Following his stellar performance in the 1996 World Cup, where he scored 527 runs in seven matches, Sachin secured a bat sponsorship deal with MRF, which endured for two decades.

Throughout his career, Tendulkar has endorsed numerous brands, including BMW India, Adidas, Pepsi, TVS, MRF, Coca-Cola, Britannia, Canon, Philips, VISA, Reynolds, Bajaj, Unacademy, Luminous India, Sunfeast, Toshiba, Airtel, Castrol India, Colgate and many others.

Investment Portfolio 

Sachin Tendulkar’s entrepreneurial ventures span across various industries. He co-owns the Kerala Blasters and Bengaluru Blasters in the Premier Badminton League, along with having been involved in the Mumbai franchise in the International Tennis Premier League. He’s also the proud owner of two restaurants, Sachin’s in Mumbai and Tendulkar’s in Bengaluru.

Adding to his portfolio, Sachin founded True Blue, a men’s apparel company in collaboration with Arvind Fashions Limited in 2016. Additionally, he teamed up with his wife, Anjali Tendulkar, to establish SRT Sports Management, a sports management company.

His decision to invest paid off when the company’s IPO was listed at Rs 720 on the NSE, which was a significant 37.4% higher than the issue price of Rs 524 per share. As a result, the value of his initial Rs 5-crore investment skyrocketed to Rs 31.5 crore.

Other Source of Income 

Even after retiring from international cricket and the IPL, Sachin Tendulkar maintains his connection to cricket in various capacities. As the mentor of the Mumbai Indians, he enjoys a lucrative position. Additionally, he occasionally lends his expertise to commentary, another financially rewarding job. Furthermore, he actively participates in tournaments like the World Safety Series, from which he earns a substantial income.

Sachin Tendulkar Houses 

Sachin Tendulkar owns an extravagant apartment located in the upscale Bandra-Kurla complex. Acquired in 2018, its estimated value stands at Rs 7.15 crore.

Furthermore, Sachin possesses a magnificent bungalow in the grand Bandra area, currently valued at Rs 78 crore. Reports suggest that the property was dilapidated when Tendulkar purchased it, requiring approximately Rs 45 crore for renovations. 

Spread across 6,000 square feet, the renovation process lasted four years, culminating in the Tendulkar family’s relocation in 2011.

This splendid abode spans three stories and includes two basements. Boasting ten spacious rooms and top-of-the-line amenities, the lower basement serves as parking space for up to 50 vehicles, while the upper basement houses the kitchen and servants’ quarters. 

Sachin Tendulkar Car Collection 

Sachin Tendulkar’s impressive car collection includes several luxurious models. In 2021, he parted ways with his BMW X5 M50d, valued at Rs 1.78 crore. Subsequently, he acquired the BMW i8 for Rs 3 crore. Another prized possession is the limited edition BMW M5 “30 Jahre MS,” worth Rs 1.80 crore, of which only 300 exist worldwide.

In 2015, Sachin purchased the BMW 750 Li M Sport, priced at Rs 1.70 crore. Adding to his collection, he acquired the BMW M6 Gran Coupe in 2020, valued at Rs 1.8 crore. Not to be overlooked is his Porsche Cayenne, acquired in 2022, with a price tag of Rs 2 crore.
